Customizable Wooden File Holder
This project which was a collaboration between Industrial Design students from Emily Carr University and Vancouver Special. The aim was to design and develop a home accessory made from wood, that would sell for under $50.The emphasis of the project was on the design process, marketing, and developing efficient production processes.
Working alongside designers Jason Nicholls and Ying Liu (NID Designs), we came up with a simple, yet elegant wooden file holder that had interchangeable side panels to allow more customizability for the user.
